Styrian Pumpkin Seed Oil was developed in 17th century. Pumpkin seed oil is both a gourmet and therapeutic oil. It contains unique combination of essential fatty acids including Omega-3 fatty acids and is rich in vitamins including vitamin A, B1, B2, B6, C, D, E and K. as well minerals like magnesium, iron and calcium. This pure tasty and healthy oil is just freshly pressed from pumpkin seeds. Instead of using commercial salad dressings with preservatives you may try pure Pumpkin Seed Oil. We suggest a few drops of Pumpkin Seed Oil  and a few drops of balsamic vinegar directly on your salad with tomatoes, onions and / or green baby spinach or any green salad leaves or cucumbers or even cooked potatoes or on avocados.
