This one year program is designed to provide a comprehensive customized physical evaluation with an emphasis on prevention and early detection of disease, and an assessment of all risk factors. Dr. Wojcicki, Internal Medicine Specialist, will identify current problems and provide recommendations on how to improve. His thorough investigation will give you a clear picture of your current status of health today and provide you with the opportunity to improve and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Your assessment will include; one on one medical and personal history interview, extensive physical examination including prostate examination for men and, pap smear and pelvic exam for women (if required), identify your potential risks of Cancer, Heart Disease, Inflammatory Disease, Diabetes and more by using Biomarker testing. This is an in-depth laboratory analysis compromised of "gateway" Biomarker blood and urinalysis tests. Prevention program and suggested management of diagnosed conditions to be proposed based on results of investigations. Lung function assessment with spirometry (measurement of your lung volumes and functions), electrocardiogram and off site procedures including Ultrasound and Vascular assessments will be arranged for you.

Once all tests have been completed the doctor will provide you with a report on your health status along with recommendations. You will follow up with the doctor every 3 months with blood work done prior to each visit. The doctor will follow your progress and continue to make adjustments to your program based on your quarterly results.
