Vivian Medical Spa Etiquette and Essentials
Ambience
To ensure that guests can enjoy relaxation and tranquility of Vivian Medical Spa, we respectfully request that all visitors keep noise to a minimum. Please turn off your cellular phone and pagers when you enter the Spa. Smoking within the Spa is prohibited.
Please note that all Spa guests must be at least 16 years old.
Facilities
As a guest of Vivian Medical Spa, please enjoy the complimentary use of the pool deck, salt water swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, bath robes and slippers and special blend of herbal teas, coffee or juices.
Spa cuisine
We offer a selection of a light meal which for an additional charge which can be added to your treatments. Please let us know at the time of booking and we will inform you of our lunch choices.
Arrival Time
For you to enjoy the full value of Spa treatments, we ask you to arrive at least 15-30 minutes before your appointment. This time will allow you to change into a robe and get settled. First time guest to the Spa are required to fill out a Vivian Medical Spa guest profile form. Please inform us of any health conditions that my affect your Spa experience. If you are coming for a medical assessment please bring with you your current medications, supplements and vitamins or a list of them and a summary of your medical problems, history or documentation.
Arriving late
Please be aware that late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment or if necessary rescheduling your appointment, charges will apply. Although if our Staff is kindly willing to provide service for you after their scheduled work time 50% extra charge will be added to your service price.
Reservations and cancellation policy
Our dedicated Vivian Medical Spa staff will assist you in selecting the treatments suited to your needs. Gift certificates are available.

We require a credit card at the time of booking to ensure your appointment.
We accept Cash, Visa, Master Card, Amex or Interac. All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars and GST is added. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Should you wish to cancel an appointment, please allow us 24 hours notice or a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. For cancellation of Spa packages we require 48 hours notice. No shows will be charged at the full treatment price or automatically voided gift certificate.
What should you wear?
Our primary concern is maintaining your sense of dignity and well-being. Our fully qualified therapists are trained to drape your body correctly to respect your comfort and privacy. Lockers, robes, slippers, towels, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer are provided for your use. Please bring your swimwear if you would like to use swimming pool, Jacuzzi or sauna. For indoor cycling bikes or outdoor activities like Nordic Walking we recommend to wear your athletic shoes.
Hygiene
If you have any skin rashes, infection or nail condition please do not use the swimming pool, jaccuzzi or sauna and ask at the Reception whether you are allowed to receive other services. Also if you wish we may arrange for you a medical assessment.
Gratuities
Gratuities are at the guest's discretion and appreciated by the Staff for outstanding service.
